CONDITIONS:
- Prices are in euros - prices include 2 persons and breakfast.
- Extra beds/persons are charged at :
Babies up to two years old , free.
12€ per day for children from 2 up to 12 years old
22 € per day and per extra adult, from 12 years old
- 3 nights is the minimum accepted
- Right of admision reserved and the right to make changes in the distribution of guests on the rooms, always keeping the same quality and the same kind of room that the client has reserved (cottage or double en suite)
- To confirm a reservation we require a 25% deposit by bank transfer, and the balance to be paid in cash on arrival, as we do not accept credit cards. Cancellation of reservation must be done in writing for a refound of deposit to be made.Cancellations with less than 60 days notice will forfeit the deposit.The balance payment must be done on arrival and is not returnable in any case.
- The cleaning of the rooms is aprox. every 3 days of your stay; and supply of fresh towels/ bed clothes is once a week. Extra cleaning services are available at 12 €. per day.
